OOTD: plastic skirt at the NYX Arabia Face Awards

Helloooooo everyone!!

Last night it was the Arabia Face Awards in Dubai, and it was so much fun… There wasn’t a dress code, but I wanted to dress something different!

As you all know, I am not really the glamorous type! Hahahahaha. Couple of moons and planets need to align so I dress like that!! 😂😂😂 I usually prefer something more informal, fun and relaxed. So I tried to compose a look using the new “plastic skirt”!!

Just by looking at it, it is a piece I wouldn’t even touch at the store… But some of the fashionistas I get inspired on tried the plastic skirts and they looked so AWESOME that I wanted to give it a shot too.

It isn’t a piece I would wear on a daily basis though. It is something I would feel more comfortable for a night event or a dinner out.

For last night, since it was a cool event full of fashionistas, bloggers and people from the media, I mixed plastic red, jeans and black. I hope you liked it and get inspired too!!
